《望厦条约》又称《中美五口通商章程》，英文为“Treaty of peace, amity, and commerce, between the United States of America and the Chinese Empire”，是1844年（道光二十四年）7月3日清朝与美国在澳门的望厦村签订的不平等条约，也是清政府与美国签订的第一个不平等条约。
